Sage Stallone Death: White Powder Reportedly Found

Autopsy results performed on Sylvester Stallone's son, Sage, will not be released for weeks, but investigators continue to probe the case and have reportedly found clues that are leading them closer to the 36-year-old's cause of death.




According to celebrity website TMZ, investigators found "several little baggies" of white powder in the room where Sage passed away and one law enforcement source told the website that the powder is being tested and suggests it could be cocaine or crushed Vicodin.

Sources state that there were no clear signs of the powder on Sage's body when he was found, but details surrounding his death continue to be unknown. According to TMZ, Sage Stallone lived like a hermit in the weeks leading up to his death, and claimed his room was filled with empty beer cans and more than "60 gigantic empty prescription bottles," including a prescription for hydrocodone - generic Vicodin.

It has to be noted that the case has been transferred to the LAPD's Robbery Homicide department, which handles high-profile cases and it continues to appear as though the cause of death was most likely from a drug overdose, but Sage's lawyer and longtime friend George Braunstein has been dismissing nearly all TMZ's reports. Braunstein insists that Sage was happy, planning to marry his girlfriend this past weekend in Vegas and even revealed that his client didn't even drink.

"There was a report that his room was filled with liquor bottles. Actually, they were empty bottles of Dr. Brown's Cream Soda," he told People magazine.

Until the autopsy results are released, everything remains under speculation; however, the aftermath of Sage's death is proving to be its own tragedy.


Sylvester Stallone's 18-year-old nephew, Edd Filiti, reportedly accused Sylvester of neglecting Sage in the days before his death:

"Neither you (Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin) or he could return a phone call, which is all he wanted, his father. I know you don’t care what happened, but you’ll care when your (sic) squirming under the burning magnifying glass of public opinion," he wrote on Facebook.

Filiti later deleted the posts and apologized for the outburst to the "New York Post".










"I made a mistake. It is a very emotional time and I vented my feelings. I was feeling raw and emotional and I never meant for my feeling to become public. I took the post down minutes later. I never meant to insult my uncle. I have my own issues with him, but that should never be said on Facebook. I want to recant my words," he told the paper.

Anyway, this is a tragedy...

Halle Berry Fall: Rushed To Hospital After Accident On Set

According to "X17 Online", Halle Berry was rushed to hospital Tuesday night after an on-set accident in Los Angeles.




According to TMZ, Berry fell hitting her head on concrete. It has to be noted that the incident took place on the set of Berry's forthcoming thriller: "The Hive." Berry, 45, was transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center via ambulance.

It has to be mentioned that this is not Berry's first film-related accident. In September 2011, Berry broke her foot on a day off from shooting "Cloud Atlas" in Spain. The injury forced Berry to work with a stunt double and producers to shoot the actress only from the waist up.

Berry has been released from the hospital. Her rep told TMZ Berry "suffered a minor head injury ... She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

Sofia Vergara: Highest-Paid Tv Actress !

According to Forbes magazine Sofia Vergara is the highest-paid actress on the tube this year, thanks to her estimated earnings of $19 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

It has to be noted that that total bumped Kim Kardashian into second place with her estimated wealth of $18 million earned in that same time period. On the other hand, Kardashian's only trailing Vergara by a cool $1 million and Forbes states that she actually has a few things in common with Vergara.

It has to be mentioned that they both have budget-friendly clothing lines with national retailers (Vergara's is available at Kmart, while Kardashian's is sold at Sears); both boast significant endorsement deals; and they're also both celebrity magazine cover favourites. 

Not far behind Kardashian is Eva Longoria, who's made an estimated $15 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Forbes points to a high per-episode salary for the former "Desperate Housewives" actress, who has also benefited from cookbook sales, small movie roles, two fragrances, and a selection of endorsement deals of her own. 

Rounding out the top five are Bethenny Frankel with $12 million, and Kim's younger sister Khloe Kardashian Odom with $11 million, who's tied with the No. 6 entry on Forbes' list, Tina Fey. To estimate the earnings for these actresses between May 2011 and 2012, Forbes calculated their upfront pay, residuals, endorsements and advertising work.

John Cena Divorce War

John Cena's divorce war has reportedly ended, with Cena and Elizabeth Huberdeau agreeing to let bygones be bygones.





According to celebrity website TMZ Cena and Huberdeau had agreed to "bury the hatchet" and move on with their lives following a fierce battle over recent months.

It has to be noted that Cena suddenly filed for divorce from Huberdeau in May, wanting to end their three year marriage. However, Huberdeau was not expecting the development and following the shock, quickly came out fighting.

Huberdeau quickly sought to challenge the pair's prenuptial agreement in an effort to make her ex-husband pay for treating her poorly in the divorce. She also made allegations that she had reason to believe Cena was committing adultery and sleeping around with another woman behind her back.

As things continued to escalate, media outlets expected a huge divorce war to break out. However, in new developments today TMZ has reported that Huberdeau's divorce attorney Raymond Rafool has confirmed the couple have worked beyond their differences now. He stated: "All matters (in the divorce) have been settled and resolved amicably," according to TMZ.

It has to be mentioned that Rafool did not give any further information about how the couple had suddenly been able to come to an amicable settlement and the terms of the settlement have also been made confidential.

Weird case eh?

On the differences between males and females in the business: "I think there will always be a double standard between males and females, so I think that an actress is more likely to protect her public persona, so to speak, than an actor would be. An actor goes crazy in a hotel room, gets trashed, throws a bench, breaks a window, and he is considered a rock star. An actress does that and she’s sent to rehab and is thought to have problems and issues and can’t get a job."

On choosing the right projects: "I’ve said this before, but after That ’70s Show ended, I solely wanted do films that inspire me, and to work with people who make me better. I wanted to just surround myself with people who I think are better than I am, whether they’re actors or directors or producers, so that I could learn from them. And I think that’s pretty much what I’ve done. I think that if I hadn’t done it that way, then I would’ve just stunted myself."

On moving on from acting: "Listen, in five years I do hope to have a family, and, you know, who knows? I think in this industry people have such a short shelf life, truly, that I don’t know what I’m going to be in five years in regards to acting. I mean, I’d love to produce. I can’t form a sentence or write an e-mail, so I know I’m definitely not going to go and become a writer, but I would love to explore other facets of this industry, for sure… I’ve always been a big proponent of not working for the sake of working, because I don’t want to work for the rest of my life—I want to live. So I’d rather work to live than live to work."

"I think like Bono or Bon Jovi or Mick Jagger," Jennifer claimed about who should replace her! "You know me, I think big."

Anne Hathaway And Adam Shulman Celebrate: Anne's Pregnancy ?

Anne Hathaway and fiance Adam Shulman undoubtedly were celebrating something exciting on Thursday night and according to eyewitnesses the couple was extremely happy and  they may possibly have just announced baby news to their families!

"Not only did both Anne and Adam have their parents at dinner with them, which is unusual, but the amount of enthusiasm and excitement made it clear that they were celebrating some major news," an eyewitness quoted as saying.

"And while everyone else sipped on wine at dinner, Anne didn't drink any alcohol, which is an indication that she could be pregnant" the source added.



It has to be mentioned that while saying their goodbyes after dinner at Picholine on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, the entire party was ecstatic and couldn't get in enough hugs and kisses.

"Anne and Adam are already engaged, so the only other good news could be a baby on the way!" the eyewitness revealed.




"Anne has been getting flack lately for her weight loss, but last night it looked like there was a bump on her belly" the source continued.

It has to be noted that Anne and Adam have been engaged since last November, but have yet to announce a wedding date.

Sage Stallone Was "Healthy And Upbeat" Before Death, Friend Claims

A close friend of Sage, Sylvester Stallone's son, claims that the Sage, 36, was "healthy and upbeat" when he met up with him just two weeks ago.






In case you have missed it, Sage Stallone was found dead from a suspected drugs overdose at his Studio City home Friday morning.

"I saw him two weeks ago and he seemed great," the friend told celebrity website RadarOnline.com. "He was healthy and upbeat and didn't seem depressed at all. I never knew him to do drugs, not even weed, so for him to die from an overdose is kind of shocking to me. I am totally stunned" the friend added.

Sylvester Stallone Shocked By His Son's Death

Accoding to a source close to the situation, Sylvester Stallone is "overwhelmed and stunned" by the sudden death of his eldest son, Sage.







"This came completely out of the blue," the source revealed. "Sylvester did not see this coming for one minute.

"Sage was healthy, and Sylvester thought he was doing really well, this came from complete left field. Sylvester was very close to Sage and he is absolutely overwhelmed with grief by his death. He is totally stunned and still in a state of shock" the source added.

Sage Stallone Through The Years

As it was said on a previous post actor, director and producer Sage Stallone, 36, was found dead from a suspected drug overdose at his Studio City home on Friday morning. 











It has to be noted that Sage was Sylvester Stallone's son from his first marriage to Sasha Czack and after his parents divorced in 1985, Sage became close to his second step-mom, Jennifer Flavin, with whom Sylvester went on to have three more kids with.

Growing up in Hollywood, the dark haired Sage was often spotted at his dad's side attending premieres and celebrity events, looking like the spitting image of his famous dad.



Sage made his movie debut starring alongside Sylvester in "Rocky V", where he aptly portrayed the title character's on-screen son, Robert Balboa.

As he grew up Sage began to increasingly look like his father, from his brooding Italian-American good looks to his thick wavy hair, and the pair appeared on screen together again in 1996 thriller "Daylight".

A loyal family guy, Sage walked the red carpet carrying little half-sister, Scarlet, when their dad revived his most famous role in 2006 for "Rocky Balboa".

Sage's shocking death came out of the blue and has overwhelmed Sylvester with grief, a source claimed. "He is totally stunned and still in a state of shock."

Sage Stallone Dies Of Overdose At 36 !

Sage Stallone, Sylvester Stallone's son, has passed away and according to sources the cause was an overdose of pills.





Sage Stallone was reportedly found in his L.A. home by either a maid or his girlfriend. Paramedics were called to the home and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Law enforcement sources reveal that Sage's death does not appear to be a suicide.  There was no suicide note found at the scene.




Sources claim that officials found "numerous empty pill bottles" in the area where Sage's body was discovered. No word on what types of medication the pill bottles were for.


An autopsy is reportedly scheduled for some time in the next 48 hours.

Sylvester Stallone's rep, Michelle Bega, told TMZ: "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone.  His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha.  Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man.  His loss will be felt forever."

According to sources, Sylvester Stallone is a "wreck."






It has to be noted that Sage famously made his film debut alongside his dad in the 1990 movie "Rocky 5", portraying Rocky's son, Robert Balboa. He went on to act and direct in several films including the 1996 film "Daylight."Sage's mother is Sasha Czack.

Sean Penn Anger Management Classes Completed !

Sean Penn has officially completed his 36 hours of anger management classes after blowing up on a photographer in L.A. back in 2009 and even trying to kick him.



In detail, Sean was sentenced to the classes in addition to 3 years probation back in 2010, when he pled "no contest" to vandalism in the criminal battery case. The battery charges were dismissed as part of the plea deal.

It has to be mentioned that Penn's lawyer appeared in court today, stating that Penn is now all caught up in the anger department although he'll remain on probation until May 2013.

Hope Sean has conquered once and for all his anger management issues for his own good!

Kerry Kennedy Arrested: Driving Under the Influence Of Powerful Prescription Pills

Robert F. Kennedy's daughter, Kerry Kennedy, was arrested in New York this morning after cops claim she was driving while under the influence of drugs and crashed into a tractor-trailer.

The State Police released a statement stating they received 911 calls around 8:00 AM reporting a woman in a 2008 Lexus who was driving in an "erratic manner."

When cops arrived to the scene, officers found Kerry's damaged car nearby with Kennedy seated behind the wheel.



Officers approached the vehicle and determined Kennedy was under the influence of drugs.

According to WABC in NY, Kennedy told the officers she had taken an ambien, which is a powerful prescription sleeping pill.

It has to be noted that Kennedy was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drugs.

Tom Cruise Afraid Of Katie Holmes Revealing His Secrets

According to Tom  Cruise's lawyer, Tom Cruise did not settle his divorce with Katie Holmes because he was afraid of Katie revealing secrets about him.



Tom Cruise's attorney, Bert Fields, claims Tom feared of what Katie might state, telling celebrity website TMZ: "Tom had nothing to hide and did nothing in the agreement to hide anything.  People are just making this stuff up."

As for the child custody arrangement, it seems that Tom will definitely have the "significant" contact with Suri.  Fields quoted as saying: "Tom will definitely have a meaningful relationship with his daughter, but I can't talk about specifics of the agreement."

Fields revealed that Tom's primary concern in the settlement was Suri and added Tom was "pleased we could work out how Suri will be treated and dealt with."

 Fields commented about Katie Holmes: "I don't think Tom is bitter.  He's sad it came to this," adding:"The media firestorm which is replete with bogus information is unpleasant for him."

Well, why someone that has nothing to hide is so afraid?

Kate Upton Dating Justin Verlander ?

There are rumors that Kate Upton and Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander are dating after a series of photos of them together.




Busted Coverage posted the images allegedly featuring Upton getting cozy with one of the best pitchers in all of Major League Baseball.

The Detroit Free Press claims a woman named Amanda Waynick, who was celebrating her 25th birthday at the bar, asked Verlander for a picture.




He declined gently but she later spotted him with Kate Upton in the background of several photos she took of herself and some pals.

Of course, it is well known that Verlander has been linked to his longtime girlfriend Emily Yuen. So, this is all just speculation... 





Well, it is probably the starting American League pitcher in the 2012 MLB All-Star Game and the all-star creator of the Cat Daddy video hitting it.

It has to be mentioned that the two met on the set of a commercial for MLB 2K12, so they are certainly acquainted.

Janis Joplin Biopic: Nina Arianda Will Portray Joplin (Details)

After nearly everyone from Zooey Deschanel to Pink was considered for the role of Janis Joplin, an actress has eventually been selected for the part.  




According to website Deadline.com, Tony winner Nina Arianda will portray the rock icon in "Joplin". The biopic, which is being helmed by "Martha Marcy May Marlene" director Sean Durkin, will chronicle the last six months of Joplin's life.

It has to be noted that the $20 million production will contain "exclusive use of 21 of Joplin’s best-known songs," so fortunately, this production won't have to rely on the Beatles' catalog like the Jimi Hendrix biopic, "All Is By My Side." The producers are reportedly excited about Arianda's Broadway chops and why shouldn't they?

Only a few short years after receiving her MFA from New York University's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, Arianda, 27, took home a Tony for her role as actress-seductress Vanda in the Off-Broadway play: "Venus in Fur." Arianda has also played supporting roles in a few films, including Woody Allen's "Midnight In Paris", "Tower Heist" and "Win Win."

It has to be mnetioned that Joplin rose to fame in the 1960s, and some of her most iconic songs include: "Me and Bobby McGee," "Try" and "Move Over." Unfortunately, Janis became a member of the infamous 27 Club in October 1970 when she was found dead in her hotel room from an overdose.

"Joplin" producer Peter Newman has been trying to get the project off the ground for the last 12 years and now plans to start production at the beginning of next year.
