I wore this dress a couple Sundays ago to church. I got a giftcard from Express for my birthday and I ended up getting this dress. I had tried on a different color in the store and then decided on this one. I like it, but it kind of slinks up when I walk, like wayyyy too much. It's a little awkward trying to keep it pulled down. Bahh. Kind of frustrating. Besides all that I like how I styled it, with the statement necklace and mixing black and brown.

Wardrobe Wednesday: Easter Outfit

I got this dress a month ago with Easter in mind. I was excited to finally wear it on Sunday, but it was almost to cold for it. I ended up changing into jeans and a sweater when I got home from church. I can't wait until it gets warmer so I can remix it. I love how great the dress went with my shoes. I hadn't planned on wearing them, but they just seemed to fit together. I got the shoes a couple years ago and haven't worn them very often, but I love the fun colors!

FINALLY! I put on this cute outfit last Thursday after I got home from a short day of work. I got this cute dress from Target a week or so ago. What's amazing is that it can also be a skirt! I LOVE it! Who doesn't want to add pieces to their wardrobes that can be worn in multiple ways? I borrowed the cardi and belt from Heather. I topped it off with the platforms to celebrate that it finally felt like spring here. I can't wait for more beautiful days like that.

Another week with not enough time. I have midterms this week and a semi-huge project that's due on Sunday. I can't wait until Spring Break next week. I wore this yesterday to an interview. It was simple, casual yet professional, and comfortable. I actually gave Heather this dress a couple years ago and she hasn't worn it much. She better watch out because I might just steal it from her. I love my new magnolia ring! Heather won some free jewelry when she attended a bazaar last month and she got it for me. Fashion Friday: Christmas Dresses

I’ve always loved dressing up, but dressing up for Christmas Eve service at church is always extra special. When I was little my mom would usually make our Christmas dresses. Hello velvet and floral prints. This year I have absolutely NO IDEA what I’m going to wear tonight. Here are some fun dresses I found as I was searching for inspiration for what I should wear. I chose a mix of low and high dresses, not going over $100. As you can see, I love the lace! Also, I’m very proud of the fact there’s only one black dress in the mix. Saturday, Heather and I went to the mall to use some gift cards we had gotten for our birthdays. We each had a $15 gift card to Express for having their credit card. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but when I came across this dress I knew I had to have it. Who doesn't love a fabulous shirt dress? There were some other colors, but the denim is fabulous. I wore it on Sunday and I can't wait to wear it again!
